How do I download purchased products?

Once you purchase a product or want to download a free resource, you will receive a unique link via the website to download the PDF files onto your computer. You will also receive an email with a link to download your purchased product. This email link will always remain active, and items can be redownloaded as many times as needed.

How long will it take to receive my products?

Straight away – you will immediately be given a link to download from the website directly after purchase. You should also receive an immediate email with another unique link to download the resource.

What can I do if I have a problem or complaint?

The best way to address any issues is to either email me at info@reading-test.com or fill out the form below. I promise to get back to you within 24 hours, but I usually respond much quicker and try to resolve problems as soon as possible. I want you to be happy with your order, so please do contact me if you have any concerns.
